1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the pre-registration reward ("Reward") offered in connection with the pre-registration campaign for Battle Waves: Mobile ("Game") on the Google Play Store. By pre-registering for the Game, you agree to these Terms.
2. Reward Description
Eligible participants will receive one (1) Gem Stash containing 100 in-game gems at no additional cost. This item is ordinarily available for purchase within the Game for USD $0.99 (or local equivalent).
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Reward, you must:
- Have a valid Google Play account.
- Successfully pre-register for Battle Waves: Mobile on the Google Play Store before the Game's official release date.
- Install the Game on a compatible device after it becomes available.
The Reward is limited to one (1) per Google Play account, regardless of the number of devices used.
4. Reward Delivery
The Reward will be automatically delivered to your in-game account upon first launch of the Game following installation. If the Reward does not appear, please allow up to 24 hours after your first login. If the issue persists, contact support at the email address listed in Section 9.
5. Reward Limitations
- The Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real-world currency.
- The Reward is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The Reward is tied to the Google Play account used to pre-register and cannot be moved to a different account.
- Gems received as part of the Reward function identically to purchased gems within the Game.
6. Availability
This offer is available in all countries and regions where the Game is distributed on the Google Play Store, unless otherwise restricted by local law. The pre-registration period ends when the Game is officially released. No pre-registrations will be accepted after that date.
7. Modifications and Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the pre-registration reward program at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice where possible. In the event of cancellation, users who have already pre-registered will still receive the Reward upon the Game's release, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Mexico.
